Excited to share a fascinating new study published in Alzheimer’s & Dementia: alz-journals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/... An FDA-approved hypnotic can enhance NREM sleep, reduce amyloid pathology, and improve memory, marking sleep as a promising and translational therapeutic avenue in AD.
