Please do not feed or give water to injured birds, and please don’t wait to see if they recover - birds often appear to have recovered and fly off, only to succumb to their injuries later. Wildlife rehabbers can provide proper care to give them the best chance for recovery and survival 🧡 🪶

It’s fall migration, so if you see a little bird on the sidewalk looking dazed, they have hit a window and need help. Gently pick them up and get them into a paper bag or a box with ventilation, and get them to a wildlife rehabber asap, or keep them somewhere dark and quiet until you can 🪶
