I make regular donations to a horse rescue back home in Tennessee that has been buying up as many of these horses from the BLM as they can to prevent them from going to slaughter. They then socialize them and adopt them out to good homes. 💖 horseplus.org

1/ Bess and (Bumble)Bee spent most of their lives wild. What a huge shock to be rounded up, confined, and dumped in the slaughter pipeline without enough to eat. In safe hands now, they will be turned out with a band of seniors, including Mabel, when they have put on weight and recovered.

Thursday, July 30. Just a horrible day in ICE flights. At least 79 flights on 29 planes. At least 21 removal flights, of which at least 4 were likely third-country removals. ICE flights hit every continent except Australia and Antarctica in one day.
