Coyote vs. Acme is hilarious and heartwarming. But I can see why Zazlav shelved it: no sex. Even recent hit kids’ movies like Sheep Detectives or Mario 2 have had a flutter+ of sexual tension. (Why? Sex sells, I guess?) CvA literally has none, and it’s refreshing & wonderful. More of this, please.

Reading Yesteryear & found out that Anne Hathaway is set to play Natalie in the movie. As much as I think Hathaway’s oft-controversial public image works w the narrative, I don’t think she’s quite right. Is it too much to ask that they recast Meghann Fahy? Bc that’s who’s playing Natalie in my head.
