This is a really good point re: the lesbian bar story. Yeah, I'm sure the Globe reporters and their friends don't mask, but lots of folks in Boston, ESPECIALLY queer folks, mask pretty consistently. Like I work at a college and I see young folks in masks CONSTANTLY. It's pretty normalized here.

I tried to comply with a doctor's request almost two years ago. It harmed my body in ways I will never quite recover from. It has induced a level of dysphoria I've never experienced before this, one that's going to be hard (maybe impossible) to ever fully address. Trans women CAN NOT trust doctors.
