I have been on a 2 1/2 year job search. I’ve been seeking full time work in cultural and spiritual spaces, higher education, and DEI. It has been very difficult. I secure interviews but the positions are highly competitive and I have yet to gain employment. And it’s only getting harder. I’m tired.
