Good thing New Zealand isn't blindly pursuing a massive investment in LNG importation infrastructure... That would be a very stupid and poorly timed decision.

6. Next we hear that we cannot borrow our way to better services. Are. You. A. CEO? Do companies not invest in their future? We then hear some drivel about doing sweet shit all to achieve loads - that's apparently what we will get from a National government. We're screwed. [Ends]

What an adventure! I'm so pleased I got brave and took part in a snow skills course over the weekend. I've rediscovered muscles, climbing icey slopes in crampons with an ice axe, that haven't been used for much else lately 😁. Loved it! #RuapehuNZ #Ice #mountaineering #outdoors #adventure #muscles

Me in the smow on the side of Mount Ruapehu on Saturday, all rugged up with layers for warmth and options to unzip or add/remove to manage body temp. Goggles, tramping boots, overtrousers, jackets, helmets, gloves, crampons and an ice axe

An amazing outing with the local trampoline club (hiking for anyone not from NZ!). This is a platinum mine shaft excavated around the late 1800's, early 1900's. It was a long climb up to see this. A great day, goodnight!! #hills #walking #nature #moss

Rail roading increasingly chaotic law changes through parliament just before the election in NZ is not an advertisement for a 4 year term- Rather it shows that we need to ensure we have stronger institutional checks and balances on the use of urgency, political donations and lobbying in NZ
