Ugh I was losing so I had to give up that last Civ 2 game. I can handle Warlord difficulty (2) but the second I try to move up to Prince (3) it just falls apart. I know that doesn't mean much to people who are normal but I'd really like to try streaming Civ at one point and I need to be good

So in the game Civilization 2 the Courthouse decreases corruption (lost trade). In two forms of government, Democracy and Communism, corruption is eliminated entirely. So under Democracy the Courthouse also makes a content citizen happy. ...why does this not also happen under Communism
