HAPPENING NOW: US House passes HR 77 - the midnight relief act. What is this act? It allows Congress to end multiple regulations at once. Now, Congress can review and disapprove regulations. However, each disapproval can only target 1 regulation. This bill allows one bill to cut more regulations.
