Great way to look at it. Youre not making a daily call expecting that call to be the straw that breaks the camels back. Youre all the other straws that come first. Doesnt have to be a good call, doesnt need to be coherent, you dont really HAVE to go full activist mode. Just be an annoying gamer

I think it might be easier for me to consume art in per-artist-browse-sessions than like, in a timeline'd, pick-n-mix, random firehose-y way right now. Maybe that's why I've been buying so many art books (not just the tutorial ones, gallery ones too). ++

Well, another ArtFight done and gone (technically my 3rd, but my 2nd one being fully involved) & despite coming halfway thru, I actually got MORE drawings done than LAST YEAR'S ArtFight! Not only has it been productive as far as output, but I feel a lot more confident w/ the tools at my disposal.

We had a themed #Shrek party at the Michael's where my sibling works and, nearly out of ideas for what to make while we were crafting, I saw a fake cake they used to advertise their birthday parties. I felt inspired. I forgot how awful it feels to cut cardboard with an #Exacto. Fun, but awful.
