Forcing myself to finish up clipping out some leg parts on the Big Strike before I open it but there is a box of fun things waiting for me, and I am looking forward to opening up some new Haman figures >:) Also there is a Mk-II in there that is very important 💕

The yellow SD gundam is a Korean knock off toy I got on ebay that made my brain go brrrrr because of the box being silly, maybe I'll post that later, then there's a Hibari-kun figure, then SD Nu Gundam, then SD Raideen, then Grandpa Gunpla Kun. Also a bunch of parts for the strike gundam I am building

#Shiptember Day 30: Homage Freedom Star Wojnaae is a deeply important project to me. However (IF ever) it will be, it passes under the shadows of my influences: greater artists like Leiji Matsumoto, Shi Kai Wang, and Jhonen Vasquez. Not suffocated below them, but lifted up by them. Up to the stars.

I haven't felt like posting much recently but I did start working on a dream kit of mine that I got and it has been really nice and relaxing. The 1/60 Big Scale Strike Gundam! Absolutely adore how much it feels like the world's biggest fancy HG kit. Very very fun and she looks so pretty 😻

Box for the 1/60 Big Scale Strike Gundam, which honestly gives the vibe of being a 1/144th scale box blown up all huge

Instruction guide, center showing a bunch of details about the Strike and the show it looks like

The guide is in full color! Yay! I always love a good full color guide 😻

1/60 Big Scale Strike Gundam upper half without hands yet tho still need to do those. Took this picture in the kitchen since it is very dark in the office rn lol

Weird day so far, woke up and the power has been out even tho it is nice out so I am assuming they're working on something, and then the cats have just been losing their minds because they know something is up. At least I got a nice message that made me all warm and happy. Gonna hold onto that 🐱💕

I’m building this the same way I do with other MGs and RGs where I build the frame first then put the armor on top of it. So far I really like it! There’s lots of color separation and the articulation seems to be pretty good and I painted the eyes and sensors chrome #gundam #gunpla

Added another Nu Gundam to my collection (along with Raideen as well) and they're very very cute! Weighty little guy, she's got some metal parts to her, and its kind of like a HCM but for an SD kit, tho at the same time a lot of it is all one part so kinda not. Either way she's beautiful!! 😻

Super Robot Wars Nekketsu Gokin Complete Nu Gundam SD figure box with some very cool and classic bandai styles from the time. The like marbled look is very very good and classic and i love it. I also love the like lightening orb thing going on in the background behind the Nu

Back of the box covering the full line. Got everything from Combattler V to Getter (see how i avoided the whole list? ^_^")

Nu Gundam!!!! She is resting in her little plastic bed. I love the extra plastic to protect the beamsaber. Smart. The detailing on everything is really well done tbh

Wow!! She's so pretty!!! Nu Gundam holding shield in left hand and beam saber in right
