Truthfully if I could even just get 20 more dollars a month in my Patreon, that would pay my rent each month and make surviving that much more manageable.

had a really fun time with spaceshiptember. wojnaae is important to me but has remained something of a creative bottleneck for a couple years now. this gave me an excellent opportunity to just sit down and flesh out what it looks like, and i'm extremely happy with these early explorations.

#Shiptember Day 30: Homage Freedom Star Wojnaae is a deeply important project to me. However (IF ever) it will be, it passes under the shadows of my influences: greater artists like Leiji Matsumoto, Shi Kai Wang, and Jhonen Vasquez. Not suffocated below them, but lifted up by them. Up to the stars.

#Shiptember Day 29: Lasers The Type-Ravphon giant battlecruiser was the trump card of many a Duchy fleet, able to take on ships well above its tonnage and wipe out entire formations with its saturation beam clusters. Federal security debates have renewed as Duchy remnants move to acquire this ship.

#Shiptember Day 26: Sensors The final death toll of the Incandescent Tremendum numbered in the billions. Sensor-heavy search-and-rescue launches played a vital part in preventing that number from reaching any higher. Despite Federal propaganda, rescue crews are remembered as some of its only heroes.

digital drawing of four murasame. she is posed facing the front with a nervous / sorrowful smile. her arms are connected to strings which are from the figure behind her – possibly another four. there is a love heart on the left (your right) of her chest.

the figure behind four has their hands held up to control four with the strings. their eyes have spirals in them.

#Shiptember Day 22: Huge Once an unpopular belief, archaeologists and historians increasingly posit the existence of an ancient, long-disappeared vessel large enough to, quite literally, hold entire worlds in the palm of its hand. This is an artist's impression of the so-called "Hand of God."

#Shiptember Day 21: Organic Something lurks at the galaxy's farthest edge. It denies passage. It never communicates. It adapts to any hostility against it. No one knows why. Some say it seeks to deny rightful expansion. Others posit it is a sentinel, protecting the stars from something worse beyond.

Spaceshiptember Day 17: Variant Facing shortages of support craft in the latter half of the war, the Cosmonavy introduced the Type-Sikarr support package for Geuak Ma fighters. Sikarr gunships boast complex propulsion typically only seen in Zethrite vehicles, as well as two articulated siege guns.

Spaceshiptember Day 14: Luxury The Flotilla Bis is a network of 5 colossal resort city-ships that act as the collective capital of the Hnuwei Macrocorporation. Originally used to save the Buros people from the end of life on their homeworld, the Flotilla are now a gilded cage.

Spaceshiptember Day 13: Carrier The Kartan-class' unique lift-catapult mechanism is a noted source of anxiety for novice pilots, but its results speak for themselves: The ship boasts a flattering performance record through its use during the Tremendum, and remains a mainstay in Commission fleets.

Spaceshiptember Day 12: Thin The Przedd-class had been intended as an interceptor capable of keeping up with Duchy fighters, but its slim profile saw it perform unexpectedly well as a stealth ship. Saved from its middling performance as a fighter, it found new life as a courier and insertion ship.

Spaceshiptember Day 11: Dropship Osa-class ATCs were infamous during the Tremendum - including to FAF personnel. Their articulated troop compartments (colloquially "dangling legs") allow for precise infantry insertion other dropships are incapable of, at the cost of commonly disorienting occupants.
