My monthly grocery shop lasts more then a month now; and I tweaked my expenses to be less then my income! If I dont let lifestyle creep happen, I can begin to save some decent money. 010

The shower then lead to taking care of my environment and cleaning up, which made me feel even better and I am realizing and enjoying the fact that I am trying to help myself, even in small ways like a shower. 000

Instead of pine nuts and cheese, I used peanut butter, milk powder, ACV and lemon juice for a creamy, tart cheese flavor. Then had a sandwich the focaccia i made last night. 000
