Upon connecting, you will instantly join Hyperchat as an anonymous guest account and be able to chat with other #BBS users without even needing an account! Easy chat access for all!! Guest access has limited commands but you will still be able to update your /NICK if it is not already reserved.

I keep saying that #HypernodeBBS is relaunching soon, and it is! I have more ideas and tweaks to do but I have something I feel is presentable and reflective of what I can do, I'm just doing a bit of polish before opening to the public. Made this ANSI art for the prelogin lightbar menu this morning.

Doin some food prep for the week and I made a batch of blueberry banana oat bars with flax and chia seeds for the week. They turned out great, Shitty photos tho from my old ass samsung phone. Yeah I ate one, put the rest into the freezer though and I'll take them to go.

I'm getting back into medicinal herbs and my collection is growing again. I need to get some nice jars for them. I currently have; Nettle Leaf, Nettle Root, Milk Thistle, Gotu Kola, Calendula, Astragalus Root, Dandelion Leaf, Burdock Root, and Cleavers.

This evening I used the last of my blueberries to make a syrup with my ginger tea instead of water for a nice flavor twist. I then put that syrup on my coconut, flax, chia seed oat bars I made afterwards! So good. Im in food prep mode this week trying to save money by making all my own to go snacks.

I had fun in the kitchen again today. I made my own pesto but I didn’t have enough basil, so I added peas and olives. Instead of pine nuts and cheese, I used peanut butter, milk powder, ACV and lemon juice for a creamy, tart cheese flavor. Then had a sandwich the focaccia i made last night.

OMG. I think I'm about to make the best #Focaccia of my LIFEE!!! Pepperoni, green & black olive and tomato!! And the dimples are dimpling, the air bubbles are bubbling. Oven is heating up now.. I'll post the results obviously, but maybe with a sandwich tomorrow.

Up next on todays food prep is a batch of fries for the freezer! Will they even make it to the freeze though? LOL. My method is to cut them up in fry like shapes, roast them at 420'F for 40 mins, no need to flip again; most roasted potato recipes say to flip halfway but i like one side to be crisp.

Feeling energetic so i'm doing some food prep and roasting heirloom peppers. I had to pause as I was taken back and inspired by how beautiful they look. Camera sucks tho. I love roasted peppers, they are easy to do, delicious and can be frozen easily and also can be added to almost anything.

Not the best photo, but I am becoming obsessed with skillet pizza's, I been having them all weekend. This morning I made a baked salmon, olive and asparagus pizza with roasted red pepper sauce. Dough easily made with chickpea flour, water, salt, sunflower oil, cumin and cayenne.

The first #ANSIart project I started working on was an interactive story. Here is the title screen & first few ANSIs you would of seen. My plan was to make several chapters but I quickly moved onto other projects as my ideas started to flood in!! I never finished this game.

Crispy outside crust and fluffly like a cloud made out of butter on the inside. Best thing is this 8x8'' loaf cost me about $0.30 CAD to make 5/6 servings. Only took 1 hr prep of it mostly just sitting there on the counter fermenting the yeast, and then 30 mins baking time.

Its warm out today but I decided to bake anyways. Mostly because #baking has been very calming and therapeutic, like #ArtTherapy. Something about making a nice #focaccia loaf for yourself and getting real good at it is soothing to my mind and soul. I just made this one fresh out of the oven.

I made my first focaccia bread loaf! Turned out really good! an 8x8inch size with chives and black olives. I calculated and it only cost me $0.72 cents Canadian total!! A lot cheaper then the $18.00 the Italian cafe down the road is charging for the same size!!
