The “restorative justice” convos around Geller l miss the point. Maybe he is/was on that path. But he is owed nothing from us and I have more empathy for victims who found comfort in his work (like myself, I own his fucking book) and now feel betrayed at having emotionally invested in an abuser.

Also, the fraud has obviously only ever been towards the right. The left has never been credibly implicated in election fraud. Bolsonaro was actively striking people from the voting ledgers in the northeast, the most heavily pro PT region in the country, only a few weeks before the 22 election.

If the US starts some discussion on election fraud, please understand that our voting machines are near impossible to subvert. Fraud in Brazil happens way before election day which is why our election laws are so strict. There are rules on what the media can publish during this time.

you cant tell if someone is an abuser just by looking at them. a lot of people want there to be some kind of abuser phrenology that allows them to spot an abuser but thats not how that works. only behavior can tell you about someones character, but lookism is so powerful
