The updated production of Manfred Karge’s Man To Man (Jacke wie Hose) at the Royal Court is an unforgettable piece of theatre. A masterful mesmerising performance by Tilda Swinton. 📸 Tristram Kenton

Danes zvečer gledal sem film Fantasy iz Slovenije in Severne Makedonije v kinu v Barbicanu v Londonu. Film je posnela režiserka Kukla. Je dober, lep in zanimiv, igralke so odlične. Saw Kukla’s new Slovenian-North Macedonian film Fantasy at the Barbican tonight. It was great and so were the cast.

I first saw this (in secret) in 1990 so it must have been the full version. It was so rare to see any kind of depictions of gay relationships back then, let alone a physical relationship, so I’m sure it paved the way for me to start coming out in my 20s despite widespread homophobia.

Walking round towns and cities, I infer it assumes you have to wait at every pedestrian crossing rather than being lucky with a green signal or there being no traffic. With few road crossings, it thinks I walk at 5 km/h but in London it’s 4 km/h.
