On US Social Security Statements they include both employee and employer contributions as well as totals. Contributions in my name came to $250,000 The UK doesn't do that for National Insurance, they don't provide totals, or the employer contributions. I added mine up, I made £50,000/$66k contribs'

Take a look at this picture and alt-text, it's tagged nudity - it shows some of the 1200 US citizens at Attica Prison after the riots in 1971. The picture is from the March 17th 1975 issue of Newsweek. Shocked by the ICE treatment of detainees? You should be, it's long been that way. 55 years ago

The picture shows dozens of men, both black and white, lined up with their hands on their head. The men who are completely naked, no even shoes. In the foreground a guard with a gun, baton and army style helmet watches over the men.

The riot happened 55-years ago on September 9th, 1971. It ended on September 13th, 1971 - 43 men were killed, 33-inmates and 10 correctional officers - Almost all the men were killed by law enforcement gun fire, yup, they killed three of their own, only one guard was killed by inmates.

It's no surprise the Republicans did this - it's who they've always been.

I honestly don't think that most people have any clue how much their local roads cost. This is in our "small town" budget. There are circa 24,000 people in town, minus any state or county roads this equates to $125,000 (yes, thousand) per man, woman and child per year for paving.
