iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

Since I was poking around in the Michigan press archives earlier, I came across this. Almost 50-years later, Nazis in America - The Lansing Star - April 26th, 1978

000

In 2012, the same Jeffrey Haynes was caught breaking into a stockyard.

000

In 2008, Haynes did not have to register as a sex offender, so there's that, DNA taken from the sheep matched Haynes.

Jeffrey Hanes 42. Sentenced to 2 1/2 to 20-years in 2006

Jeffery S Haynes of Lansing Michigan asks, "Can you hold this sheep" while he applies? Apparently Thelma and Louise didn't say no

NO AI was used in this. Our tax money paid for this

Great news - my @bylinetimes.bsky.social August issue has shown up, USPS is obviously not doing its best, it was mailed July 20th...

The problem with FLOCK + other ALPR is you can get your local city, county, state to ban them, private property rights rule. Six poles+ solar panels have appeared on a local private lot. It's rarely ever used, no cars park there but it is being totally covered waiting for tech #flock #lafayetteco

This HOA has prairie dogs on their border. They put a gate and wire fencing in to stop the encroachment. Originally the heavily used trail fence has been open for 10+ years with no gate. Good job prairie dogs don't burrow? /s hat tip to my neighbor for spotting this nonsense. #louisvilleco

Picture show a gravel trail leading to a road. On the right side of the trail is an open wooden 3x bar trail fence. A gate can be seen in the fence, the gate is highlighted with a red circle, it is open. Two other red circles highlight existing prairie dog burrows and prairie dogs around them.

Picture taken from the new HOA gate (which was open) a red circle highlights one of the existing prairie dog burrows with a prairie dog looking out.

It's a small thing, but running for your local city council can mean you can stand against unnecessary spending. Our council's park and open space dept. had a budget for signs aka wayfinding. Here is a sign they produced, which way to go? #louisvilleco #brail {Yes, thats my coffee cup on top)

How about a model name plate?

Wait until the manbaby finds out the UN just voted to adopt this map, which has countries relatively sized.

Apparently there is a minor disruption in the force over on the former Twitter platform where someone has discovered 8-inch floppy disks. I don't do twitter so here is my 1974 technical contribution. Two IBM 3850 Mass Storage System cartridges cc: @fat-boy-pete.bsky.social #ibm

Alex Harvey, he was also a racist and was on the radio using the W word and defending it. This stuff also never gets included in the glossy history, let's not forget.

From my local paper, the Herts Advertiser. Still an interesting read.

Want to know how much cars have captured the culture? Following a list of streets closed this is the route description for the labor Day parade. It doesn't tell you which way the parade goes. Vehicles drivers be warned though

Here is the latest pictures of Hecla Lake #louisvilleco I've been taking them regularly. The north east corner is dry again, they are still diesel pumping water out but the inflow from the pump station seems to have stopped. Cc: @dailycamera.com

I've been listing some stuff I'll never otherwise use on ebay. I completely missed the "ebay live" grifter and AI Slop paradise. How not to differentiate your "brand" when everything is slop.

Finally e-bikes are not just a teen problem. Just this morning I got buzzed on the trail by 10-14 seniors on e-bikes, not until the last person did anyone give any warning or indication they would be weaving in between people walking.
