All mlb teams can support a $170 million dollar a year payroll. Today Thats roughly what they get on day one in rev share. All teams. More than half the league is below that. Intentionally. And don’t you worry, it totally makes concessions and tickets cheaper and doesn’t go in the owners pocket

Probably not true cause most fans are not very smart. What they actually want is a floor with no cap, and no penalties/spending thresholds. But the commish is trying to break the union. And owners do not give a shit about fans. Like at all. Anywhere.
