I love this country (sarcastic). Saw a reel about quizos insane commerical from 2000’s and was what happened to them. Love the cause is last here. Oh and a LBO which saddled them with 880 million in debt.

Yup I think it might edge age wise up to 50 and under. Those are graduated HS 1995ish. College was hitting $20k/yr They were home buying during the pre 2008 crash spike. I feel like 50 is a clean cutoff age wise of who skirted under the unafordability cliff and who has felt it.
