I hate that my scale called ”water measurement” as ”muscle” keeps fucking me mentally as it goes up and down on a weekly cycle with the daily cycle my weight up and down. It really feels hopeless that weight isnt going faster. Its way too noisy to be reliable source of actual info atm.

Honestly positively suprised the steam frame pricing wasnt higher considering cost of ddr5x ram and ssds fucking exploded in the last year. I budgeted 1300€ for it and its accessories. Getting the 256gb. I Had sold all my trackers and face trackers to save up during the summer.

I am a bit frustraited at the slow progress on my weightloss journey for the last month. Its still going but it feels like my entire august flat lined and it feels like ive been staring at the same numbers for weeks Really considering talking to doctors about getting glp-1 meds to assist.

My first book was first book of narnia around 9-10 Granted a lot shorter at 170-200 per book, but two years later was reading all of hitch hikers guide to the galaxy and lotr Infact eventually i moved abroad and ESL class required a book every two months. Kids can absolutely slurp up tomes.

Finally sold my Quest Pro Controllers, another piece of old VR Tech on the local market. Now only thing left is the Quest 2. That's been gathering dust for last 4 years. Should free up some space. Alot of this tech been just sitting unused while my Lighthouse systems been in constant use.

Weightloss been progressing at a steady rate. Almost the same level i was at the post surgery last year. Next summer i should be a back to my 2022 level. If i can keep it up that is. Then i got it going down by vlcd. Maybe this time i can go lower w/ PT Wish it went faster but its just a dream

Found some Pea derivative Textured Vegetable Protein and its actually pretty solid in texture and not as chewy as soy, c the amount of protein I'm intaking reducing the amount of fat I'd get from chicken. Might use it as a bulking ingredient with the chicken as the pricing is not that bad.
