Unfortunately its already doing that before it even had the chance. The internet is so full of misinformation already way before llm and it just spouting what it finds is not good in the firstplace

Reminds me of this from a few years back. Just gotta keep poisoning the model to make it even more useless.

Google gemini stating smoking while pregnant is recommended from a few years back

Probably will try another design i thought of that might be much much simpler, using less plastic and doesnt use magnets (had spare lying around). buckles are hard to get right tho and id need to study sewing a bit. So this ”carrier” plate will do for me for now

While still waiting for my steamframe order to pop into my email, ive been busy designing of a harness to add to to (tiny) play time the frame has and made this…. Modular chest strap with a 26k mAh battery. i can also use it to cosplay as a murkoff subjects from outlast trials. Lol. #vr #3dprint

Considering getting the newer model scale just so thst i have more points to refer from but its +300€. With steam frame, new eink tablet, and the adjustable clubbell my spending budget is gone until december

Malactus @malactus.norteclabs.com · 24/09/2026

6 months historical data Fortunately shows me im losing roughly 1kg a month so just gotta keep it up, even with augusts nearly stand still. The ”muscle” graph says 20kg lost but im dubious. Havent seen it in my clothing.

Same ”muscle” data over 6 months instead

100

Malactus @malactus.norteclabs.com · 24/09/2026

I hate that my scale called ”water measurement” as ”muscle” keeps fucking me mentally as it goes up and down on a weekly cycle with the daily cycle my weight up and down. It really feels hopeless that weight isnt going faster. Its way too noisy to be reliable source of actual info atm.

”Composition” graph that states the ”muscle” mass vs ”fat mass” when its all derived from electric conduction and resistance

The third pair is a few years old fresh, but these controllers wear down. They are now continously out of stock thus my interest in changing to the steam frame and maybe selling my extra lighthouse (got three) and controllers while they still are in a good state.

000

Malactus @malactus.norteclabs.com · 15/09/2026

I am on my 3rd index controller pair, had a thumb cap pop off the first pair while the other pair battery doesnt last as long and one of the rings is cracked from gun stock. And i dont even abuse my thumbsticks as much as some folks in socialvr.

100

Malactus @malactus.norteclabs.com · 15/09/2026

Still have bigscreen beyond and that thing great but the controllers and lighthouses are definitely showing their age. Been using these lighthouses those for 7 Years! Will probably still use the beyond for elite, buuut…

Quite dissapointed about the streaming battery life tho according to reviews. I was expecting atleast 2h on 72hz.

100

Malactus @malactus.norteclabs.com · 15/09/2026

It is not cheap at all, but base model still is priced about the same as index on release and thats what was said from the start not sure why folks kept expecting quest 2 prices.

100

Malactus @malactus.norteclabs.com · 15/09/2026

Honestly positively suprised the steam frame pricing wasnt higher considering cost of ddr5x ram and ssds fucking exploded in the last year. I budgeted 1300€ for it and its accessories. Getting the 256gb. I Had sold all my trackers and face trackers to save up during the summer.

Malactus @malactus.norteclabs.com · 15/09/2026

Just honestly had to stop exercising for a week just so i can recover mentally and physically while adjusting my nutrition changes i did recently after the month of no progress. Gonna have to talk to my PT and nutritionist about it.

100

Malactus @malactus.norteclabs.com · 15/09/2026

Really its quite demotivating that im working hard to control food consumption, and discipline my self to exercise 3-4 times a week to spend 1-2h, avoid snacking then sore until the next time i do exercise and he number just stay same for both weight and estimated composition.

Malactus @malactus.norteclabs.com · 15/09/2026

I am a bit frustraited at the slow progress on my weightloss journey for the last month. Its still going but it feels like my entire august flat lined and it feels like ive been staring at the same numbers for weeks Really considering talking to doctors about getting glp-1 meds to assist.

Weightloss progress over 3 months of 4 kilos

Saw finnish wicked in Tampere; was quite impressed, alot of theather stuff has definitely changed since i saw it on the 2010s in westend. My expectations were smashed. Nicely done. Translations at times tho seemed occasionally forced lol

Apparently some people did not know about the use of AI in the new game from THE EXPANSE franchise and the studio Owlcat did not put the obligatory disclaimer in the Steam page. I am here to make you aware of it. Spread the word. www.eurogamer.net/owlcat-gen-a...

eurogamer.net

Owlcat uses gen-AI while making The Expanse: Osiris Reborn

"We don't use it to create any assets that will be in the game," says Owlcat, developer of Mass Effecty game The Expanse: Osiris Reborn. But where is the line?

Incidentally, what bothers me the most about this algo-speak is that is tries to sneak past people who muted these words. When you use "unalive" or "pdf file" or whatever, not only are you making a fool of yourself, you are also bypassing people's attempts to avoid triggering content.

Woof used the new club at its lowest weight, which is a jump of 2 kilo from the lightest that i was using but its longer and balanced at the end more than the others and do I feel it in my fingers. Gonna take some time to get used to. Lets see if i can still use the keyboard tommorrow.

Malactus @malactus.norteclabs.com · 27/08/2026

May have bitten more than can chew with this lol. Probably gonna take a year or two to even lift this new one at its fullest. Fortunately its modular. Still gonna take a few years most likely.

Indian Clubs and heavy steel clubs from 4kg, 6kg and a modular 16kg one.

It is absolutely, 100% ok, and in fact healthy, to not have an opinion on every given thing. You can absolutely look at something and go "Huh. Weird." or "Oh, bummer!" and then never think about it again.

Infact one of my best friends after 14+ was obsessed with the wheel of time series and those books are absolute fucking beasts in size. There were 10 books at the time and each book was like 600-800 pages long, roughly fellowship + two towers long each.

000

Malactus @malactus.norteclabs.com · 21/08/2026

My first book was first book of narnia around 9-10 Granted a lot shorter at 170-200 per book, but two years later was reading all of hitch hikers guide to the galaxy and lotr Infact eventually i moved abroad and ESL class required a book every two months. Kids can absolutely slurp up tomes.

The Heavily used Body Trackers sold at half the price and Face tracker sold instantly at MSRP. But the Quest 2? probably gonna get a 50 out of that lol. Headsets seem to be much harder to sell than controllers and the accessories.
