6 months historical data Fortunately shows me im losing roughly 1kg a month so just gotta keep it up, even with augusts nearly stand still. The ”muscle” graph says 20kg lost but im dubious. Havent seen it in my clothing.

I hate that my scale called ”water measurement” as ”muscle” keeps fucking me mentally as it goes up and down on a weekly cycle with the daily cycle my weight up and down. It really feels hopeless that weight isnt going faster. Its way too noisy to be reliable source of actual info atm.

I am a bit frustraited at the slow progress on my weightloss journey for the last month. Its still going but it feels like my entire august flat lined and it feels like ive been staring at the same numbers for weeks Really considering talking to doctors about getting glp-1 meds to assist.

Weightloss been progressing at a steady rate. Almost the same level i was at the post surgery last year. Next summer i should be a back to my 2022 level. If i can keep it up that is. Then i got it going down by vlcd. Maybe this time i can go lower w/ PT Wish it went faster but its just a dream

So attempt at losing weight been going swell. Slow and steady but while 0.5-1kg per week loss is nice, gonna tighten the deficit a bit more to lose faster as i have the room at this weight to do so.

Been doing some personal improvements to #SnekStudio and converting some of my old redeems. Imo pretty good progress, but Learning Godot on the go is pretty tricky even with a good base line repo. So Far learned how to implement collision events, and Ragdolls, and stuff with device controllers.

Its been a while since I took my Powershot G12 to a spin after doing restoration on it after some sticky drinks spilled on it a few years back. Seems to be in working order. Forgot how high resolution and low-artifact these images tend to be. Some pictures from the Cherry Tree park nearby.

Jaw bone has healed nicely and ”like textbook”. No more palsey either. Only complaint the side effect of the graft which is causing me to swallow quite often because my throat feels like it has constantly something in it. which is true with the skin from my arm being a foreign thing in there

Its a compositor software called LIV; It works with a handful of VR Games; some better than others (mainly those that implemented its SDK), and used to work with H3VR. I haven't used it for *years* however, even though i used to develop a plugin for it (which i was testing above)

Anyone know any good wrist supports? I kiiinda need one in could strap or sleeve to support my wrist for a bit. While everything is working fine the surgery scar is becoming a bit sensitive to shifting pressure while on my keyboard to rest and vice versa while the nerves are coming back.

Been, positively surprised by Clair Obscur Expedition 33, and currently around mid point of Act 2, 18 hours in. Some of these boss fights are pure insanity, but to match there I think i build a character to be so op that their perfect parry counter + self sustain just carries the expedition onward

Been doing a bit of unity shader research and finally figured out how to make a shader that selectively skips rendering mesh based on vertex colors. In theory this method allows on to create hundreds of permutations with just 2 skinned mesh, 2 shaders while still being clipping agnostic.

Within this year I will consider getting an entirely new 3d Printer, these last few months part and part been failing (Belts, Heatblock, now Heatbed from wire fatigue). its hitting 8 years of Usage and a print time hitting approximately 8000 hours and last major update was 5 years ago...

Last Weekend Vintage Story released the 1.20 update and I ended up having to spend a day transferring over animations to my Anthro Fox mod. Now I just need to fix my Blender plugin so that I can do the animations again and maybe add a bit more customization options and details to the model.
