Moka pots. Or whatever you call them. I've been using one of these to make coffee for years. I've only quite recently discovered the secret 🤦🏻‍♂️. Take it off the heat the second it starts gurgling, and run the base under the cold tap. Why? Leave it any longer and the bitter flavours are extracted.

Rolled my bloody ankle last weekend. Have an avulsion fracture alongside torn ligaments. Esentially, when the ankle rolled, the ligament was pulled so forcefully that rather than just tearing/stretching, it pulled a small fragment of bone away from where it attaches ffs Annoying frustrating week
