Love spending $900+ at the mechanic to get everything they recommended done fixed before the winter only to have the check engine light pop on as I’m driving home, then I bring it back today and turns out they missed what will be another nearly $500 repair 😵‍💫

After ripping apart a bunch of commander decks now I am considering taking apart Glarb…the idea of using the manabase and a lot of the cards for something new and different is exciting and I haven’t really played the deck in a year so it might be time to say goodbye 😭

Gonna need emergency dental work. I do not have dental insurance because this country's healthcare system is a joke. Unsure of the total cost as of yet, but if you want to preemptively assist, it is appreciated: venmo.com/code?user_id...

a little louder for the cheap seats in the back

One of the biggest myths is that men rape by mistake. Like, "Oh, they need consent training." But research is very clear: Sexual violence is not a mistake. It is an intentionally made decision by people who know they don't have consent. They just don't prioritize consent over things like status, power, domination, and sexual gratification.
For my research, I got a certificate of confidentiality from the National Institutes of Health, so my notes couldn't be subpoenaed. One of the reasons I call them perpetrators in my work is because every single person I interviewed confessed in that context. The first question I would ask them was, "When you received that email from Title IX that you were under investigation, did you know what it was about?" Every perpetrator I interviewed said "yes." If sexual assault were a miscommunication, you would be wondering, What have I possibly done wrong? That is not the way that any of them reacted because they knew.

My grandpa turned 100 last month. After he retired he spent over two decades volunteering his time at his local hospital and in his neighborhood. This work was unpaid and he did it because he loved to be with people and to help them.

We don't make videos, we don't podcast, we just let the writers write. We're trying to prove that there's still an audience for written work about a thing we all love and word of mouth helped us sell nearly a thousand issues last time. It would rule to get over that line this time around.

context. sentiment. inferences. People seriously cannot do these things anymore. That’s why they angrily demand you spell out every joke, every reference, super duper promise you mean something only this one prescribed way. They cannot do it for themselves or tolerate the any ambiguity.

Hold up So he painted a magic original On the back of an artist proof Turned it in. Got approved. This is the wildest story I’ve heard today

Hello everyone, I’m pleased to present my original artwork for Forest Tentacle Token from Reality Fracture set . The uniqueness lies in the fact that the original art for the card was drawn on artist proof. This miniature depicts a piece of the tentacle of a Verdant Kraken that is beginning to be overgrown with forest plants and flowers.

The magic the gathering token card forest tentacle

Zero Company was a very fun game that is (in my opinion) the only project in the “Disney era” that justifies its existence between the prequels and the original trilogy

Descent into Avernus is actually bad for most Commander games because it speeds up the game clock too much and removes player agency. Players have to focus on too many variables and it takes away from the overall experience of "doing the thing." "Then Bob played Descent" is not a memorable story.
