ティッシュで拭ってセラムもつけてみた。こちらはスイカ風の甘ったるいフルーティーな香料。セラムの方が日焼け止めよりも香料の方が強い気がするけど、バームの直後で日焼け止め臭に一旦慣れたからそう感じるだけかもしれない。

試しに両方買ってみて、深夜だけどリップバームの方をつけてみた。第一印象では甘ったるいフルーティーな香料が目立つけれども、その後は日焼け止めの匂い（いわゆる紫外線吸収剤の匂い）が非常に強く感じる。アメリカで使っていたニュートロジーナの日焼け止めを思い出す。さすがにこのSPF値ではこうなるか。苦手な人は要注意。

I've probably been the top sunscreen mythbuster online for the last decade, so I have thoughts! It's super cool that sunscreen misinfo is being formally studied! Big props to the authors for recognising this problem. But there's misinfo in the paper, and IMO the main claims aren't well-supported…

A lot of chemical #sunscreen fear is from animal/in vitro studies taken out of context, without comparing exposure in those studies to the actual amounts we're exposed to from sunscreens. Safety limits have massive buffers (100-fold margin of safety, from eg. no observed adverse effect level).
