I did some more gardening - got even more tomatoes (and left a lot of them for another day), as well as cleared the stuff growing from the cracks in the front walk (and cursing the person who "fixed" the old pavement by simply spreading a thin layer of new cement over top of it...)

Random thought: How gross was NYC after the StayPuft man exploded? I worked at summer camp. Melted marshmallow is REALLY HARD to clean up. It had to be sticky for WEEKS, like Boston after the molasses flood. Imagine so much garbage and bugs and rats and other stuff stuck in the goo...
