Hi #sewsky does anyone know of a shirt pattern which looks close to this? I had this MNG top c.2000 and wore it til it wore out. it has great structure to it, in a stable woven. been looking to recreate it.

Shirt on a mannequin. the shirt has wide 3/4 length sleeves and a pointed collar . it has a deep v neck to a seam beloe the bust. The top bust detail has a slight wrap detail.

Scotland's land distribution is amongst the most unequal in Europe. Land should benefit our communities, nature and environment, not just private profit. We'll limit how much land can be bought by any individual or company unless it provably contributes to the common good.

In the House of Lords today, a government minister refused to rule this out. To be clear, this would amount to legalising theft. It would fly in the face of public opinion on what is fair, and would mean a surrender of British creatives' work by this Labour government. 3/4

Auschwitz was at the end of a process. We must remember that it did not start from gas chambers. This hatred gradually developed: from ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder. Auschwitz took time.

finished re-reading #FriedGreenTomatoes at the Whistlestop Cafe, which i possibly read 30 years ago. theres the strength of platonic love, LGBTQIA representation, and non-traditional families and community… and there’s the weight of racism, slurs, fat phobia, sexism which ultimately pulled it down
