OH Rebellion is the third Madoka Magica movie - the first two are just recaps of the episodes so they aren't crucial to watch. Rebellion though is Critical to the storyline IMO. Unfortunately it's not the easiest to find [though admittedly if you watch the series subbed I think it's easier to]

I've seen some people read the article as a measured condemnation of Geller's actions and of the internet's response and make salient points based on that, and I've also seen people read it as outright rape apologia. IMO it's a wishy-washy enough article that I can see how both conclusions are drawn
