I've been wanting to do a wild pride icon with Jorge for so long, here it is, a queer man and a jaguar for your day 🐾 #ocs #queer #VZLArt

An icon of a Jaguar and a brown latino man. The background is a mixture of the progressive flag along with its trans triangle off white pink and cyan colors and the brown and black bands are coming off behind the Jaguar's head. The Jaguars massive head is behind softly held by the man's hand. They're both gazing at each other with their right eye while their other eye is closed happily with a slight smirk in their expressions. Jaguar prints drape around the left side of the scene filled with different colors while some reach the top of the man's neck. The man Jorge's face is has dramatic eyeshadow make up with the primary colors and violet tints, his short gel styled hair on the top is outlined with a golden yellow outline along with the rest of his body and around his long feathery earrings. He has a loose top which leaves his hairy chest visible, while the top of it is covered with long silver necklaces. There are a couple of green foliage leaves on the borders of the scene

Here's how this one turned out btw!! ^_^ it's a native chilean flower hehe. My teacher said that next time I should deepen the shadows and make the text bigger 👍

In spanish: "Encelia Canescens, Coronilla del Fraile. It is found from the II to the IV region. It blooms from September to June, from the beginning of spring until autumn. It thrives in environments with high sun exposure and in arid conditions. A. Complete species B. Flower detail C. Leaf detail"

This isn't particularly targeted at anyone lol. I've just noticed how some of my classmates have been parallels between empirical data and spiritual beliefs. And I just think they're getting the wrong idea, they are in two different spheres of understanding. Like apples and oranges, if you will.

literallyrosebud @literallyrosebud.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

Science and spiritualism don't mix. Spiritualism / religion generally isn't measurable to science, you cannot make empirical claims based on religion. So trying to infer science into religious validation is farcical. And vice versa.

I know this is purely vibes based, but something about #AI renderings and music feels so... characterless. It just doesn't have those almost imperceptible but massively impactful quirks and flaws of a real artwork. Something just feels human about human art. It feels like it's conveying an emotion.

The rapid expansion of the U.S surveillance state is quite concerning. It's always been there in modern history, we just haven't always known about all of it. But it's getting so much more brazen and obvious. Just think about what we don't know.

a quick showcase of the moments, the lore is in the comment below!

The first page of a short comic by Spindle, showing 3 panels on the top left of Asi telling Otti she'll take a photo of her, then putting a Memory Bead in the camera, and then cranking it.

below that is Asi cranking the camera as Otti strikes a pose on the edge of a rock.

Page 2, Otti leaning on her knees as Asi is taking out the Memory Bead from the backdoor of the camera

Page 3, showing Asi entering a room where a "Fixer" machine is, as she places the Memory Bead on top of the machine, activating it with her magic, and sliding a pigment-paper underneath it

An illustration by Spindle of a wooden board with many "Memories" (ie, photos) pinned on it, in the middle showing the photo Asi took earlier. around it are previous "photos" (some old illustrations of mine) of them two

mana battery test

an illustration by Spindle of the characters Kitt and a (yet unnamed) bird folk in lab-like fits. Kitt is holding a "mana torch" which she's trying to repurpose into the first its kind mana-battery, but the torch is surging and slightly unstable/incapable of holding mana. Kitt is trying to adjust it

1/3 I find it so peculiar that in our supposedly capitalist #society we own things less and less everyday. Everything's a subscription, everything's a loan, everything's rented, everything's financed, we don't have the right to repair, and we don't even own our own personal information.
