My favorite Saw trap so far is the one where the woman has to kill her abusive spouse, and the cop is like "you're going to have to do this yourself, I'm kind of in a hurry". In this universe you can plead not guilty by reason of Jigsaw trap to a murder charge, which is kind of neat.

The actual finding here is that a huge percentage of the population believes things that are not true. Democrats objectively did not spend significant time on climate change or LGBTQ issues in the last election campaign.

I remember why I took a break from this site and it's things like all the posts I see from liberals with "LGBTQ Ally" in their bio praising Giorgia Meloni because she took a jab at Trump. That and the periodic glee over natural disasters killing people in red states (including children)

Just saw some of these movies and I did not pick up on this at all
People also ask
Are there any queer characters in Saw?
However, Jigsaw is the only canonical queer character in the franchise, confirmed to be bisexual by a Lionsgate TikTok.

the existence of trans women proves once and for all that being born with a y chromosome does not in fact mean you have some biologically inescapable "need" to dominate and receive deference, or some evolutionarily or divinely destined ascendance to "Manhood." it proves "manhood" is not a natural >

a social status and identity whose definition is inextricably bound to the exercise of domination REQUIRES an object for it to exercise power over. we simply cannot have "the absence of subjugation" while keeping around "the class defined by domination." there is no way to sustain that contradiction

every single article that comes out like this only further cements the unavoidable conclusion that the social construct of Manhood must be abolished once and for all. we've been trying these half measures long enough, there is simply no way we can have both Manhood and a free world.

the truth no one wants to acknowledge is that the type of body you're born with, the chromosomal arrangement you're born with-- it means nothing. it doesn't make you "strong & protective" any more than it makes you "dominant & violent." there is no destiny, there is no natural condition.

even if the bit about "dominance, strength, assertiveness" were true, women who like men generally have very different definitions of those things than the vast majority of men, and definitely different than men who write lamenting think pieces to traditional manhood.

Something I always notice about 'liberal' pro-natalists is that they want more births, but are averse to opposing coercive fertility limitations (eg in the criminal legal system). Liberal or conservative, it's entirely about *who* is allowed to, or forced to, have and raise their own children.

Talking about birth rate panic and referencing pro-natalist agendas without talking about eugenics and *who* these people think should be having kids is an interesting editorial decision.

sexual violence is THE key operative mechanism of patriarchal enforcement & regulation of bodies, "penetrability," and sexuality/the heterosexual regime. queer oppression is more than thwarted desire. sexual freedom must begin with body autonomy & freedom from coercion

Child marriage is legal in 35 US states, but it's interesting how the laws don't map neatly onto a red state/blue state divide. California has no minimum marriage age, where Texas only allows 16 & 17 year olds to marry if they are emancipated, and there's bipartisan support to close that loophole.

The notion that opinion of Western White Feminists has any significant contribution in convincing the average American to go to war in Iran (as opposed to national security, which is always at the center) is hilariously naive and I’m afraid this tweet is just anti-feminism.

Thinking about this 😭 Relinquishing mothers are over 500 times more likely to die by suicide than mothers who did not lose their child to adoption.
Early data from the Preliminary Exploration into Adoption Reunions Survey, conducted by Lynn Roche Zubov, PhD, Professor of Special Education at Winston Salem University, shows birth mothers are at increased risk. “I have data that suggests 3.59% of first mothers die by suicide,” Dr. Zubov told me in a private Facebook message. “Which makes them over 500 times more likely to die by suicide than women who did not lose their child to adoption.”
