I am so thankful for all your support this year. Whether you purchased my book, attended a session, or liked/commented on a post, it all means so much to me. I wouldn't have the courage to do what I do, without the kindness so many of you show me. Thank you for a wonderful year!

Can interleaved retrieval practice enhance learning in classrooms? The unequivocal answer here is yes, especially when it comes to longer term retention. The results demonstrate a cost-effective strategy to promote classroom learning. #EduSky doi.org/10.1177/0956...

Do your students confuse b and d? Introduce the "b hand." I put a bee sticker on the left hand to help them remember which hand is their "b hand."

Such a great book study selection! Our school did it last year but this YouTube guide would’ve been a great complement. If you haven’t read the book yet, I highly recommend! @lindsaykemeny.bsky.social lays out 7 essential “moves” in such a clear and practical way 👍 #SOR

We used @lindsaykemeny.bsky.social’s book, 7 Mighty Moves and her Pattan webinar to show us what to do. Teachers called their groupings “Milk” and “Cookies”. I love that they even shared their notes/summary with each other.

There was also much buzz about your wonderful books too! Our District is mostly using UFLI and your books have helped teachers (including me) figure out how to practically implement SoR in our classes. This was sitting on our table 🙂 during the session.
