If Etihad Airlines was just an innocent business that paid what they thought was fair market value, they would be suing the club for dragging their brand name through the mud, rather than suing Premier League. Nike, Oakley, Trek etc sued Armstrong for reputational damage, not WADA for the ruling!

I think the punishment should be threefold; the club should be stripped of its Premier League status and it would be up to the EFL to decide if they have room for them somewhere, they should be stripped of all trophies, and their owners should lose ownership of the club.
