Apparently the CEO of Hoyo has stated that in the next couple years HoYoverse will “play one of the most pivotal roles in China’s LLM-AI” I straight up don’t know any other game developer making this much of a spectacle out of its AI use. I understand the cultural difference. It’s still alarming.

The intent was to work out the headshapes since it is a gargoyle breed, so there is a large sketch with the dragon's side view and eye visible, and a lightly defined arapaima gene. A second sketch shows the dragon in a 3/4's view, with it's ears up and looking alert, and there is a 3rd chibi-ish sketch from above and the singular eye about to cry.

Here's everything this bill targets.
