I’d kind of forgotten that when I started smoking 🍃 6 years ago, it treated my SSRI-caused insomnia and allowed me to stop taking my sleeping meds. So now that I’m🤰🏼and not smoking, the insomnia is back. I figured it was the pregnancy but I think it’s actually just that 🍃 was treating the insomnia😅

My primary care doctor is refusing to even consider prescribing any adhd meds during pregnancy and I took my last one today🙃 She said I can ask my obgyn, but I’m not established with the obgyn yet. I have yet to cry about the pregnancy at all but this has finally broken the seal
