Still the favourite of my projects. You can follow @tapejournal on instagram. But all the photos are already in this video. So don't know if it's motivating you to make the effort.

There is the option to follow it on instagram www.instagram.com/tapejournal?...

Black gaffa tape fixing cables to a floor.

Gaffa tape on the back of colourful little paper clouds ready to be sticked onto something.

Gaffa tape fixing an unsettling amount of glasses together to build a little cage.

I came across my list of made up British places in my notes yesterday. I can't recall what it was for but I do remember that I had to dismiss some because I randomly put together a name of an actual place.

Blochmouth, Routherstin, Limpington, Moodleight, Foulwater, Smittersby, Cothelstone, Toodgemorew, Hagenhodge, Maerwich

Here's the shows I've managed to see during my short Fringe stay. I genuinely fully recommend all of them. They're fantastic. Curating a perfect Fringe stay is my party trick.

Lou Wall - Where are all the tall grandmas
John-Luke Roberts - What I talk about when I run about talking
Mark Vigeant - Out There
Eleanor Morton - The Mermaid
Scout Boxall - God's favourite
Chrissy Derbyshire - Innards
John Robertson - Excitable Boy
Emma Holland - The Dog Dies at the Start
Annie Rauwerda - Depths of Wikipedia
Adam Riches - The Critic's Way
Flo and Joan - WIP
Anna Leong Brophy - Born sexy yesterday
Tom Cashman - NPC
Ray O'Leary - I can see O'Leary now...
Mark Watson - WIP
Reuben Kaye - Hard to Swallow
Tim Key - Loganberry

Andy Field - Giddy Up (missed it, didn't power walk fast enough)

Made that on a plane. The walk up to the edge was drawn in the driving plane, the moment the bird jumps was drawn in the moment we took off (clouds added later).

Also me accidentally switching to selfie mode while trying to fiddle with the settings to make a photo of the sun.

Selfie. Very focused stare at the screen. Side pieces of eclipse glasses in view since the glasses are held in front of the camera on the other side of the phone.

Collection of eclipse themed snacks (something dark and roundish covering something light).

Some round snacks. Pumpernickel and goat and sheep cheese, mini mozzarella and olive, physalis and black berry, cracker with truffle paste, black and white biscuit, Malteser on a marshmallow, Oreo biscuits.

I've had time to take a photo today. So the days are getting less busy.

Trying to bond with one before tonight. Taking it for a walk, maybe we'll grab a matcha.

Another year, another day one. No stress ear pain yet, but I did work for 13 hours, had absolutely no time to eat and I think if a printer would approach me right now I would viciously attack it whether it's willing to connect to a computer or not. So I'm on my way there.

Yellow bands under the pretty roof of a theatre foyer.

Seems like it's a good time for the Nazis on the Moon film rewatch.

Film poster of Iron Sky. Five people standing in front of an explosion in front of skyscrapers in front of zeppelins and, I think, the moon. Three of them are im Nazi uniforms, one in an astronaut suit, one in Matrix style black leather.
I vaguely remember that the premise of the film was that a Nazi colony survived at the dark side if the moon. The amazing Udo Kier playing the new Führer.

Turns out the best thing I can do for my orchid is leave it the fuck alone for at least two weeks. Just go away. To a different country ideally. I shall try the strategy with other responsibilities.

White orchid on a windowsill with a total of 10-12 buds on multiple branches.

In more in depth infos about it: that play kicked of the 1-2 years long phase in which I made a weirdly high amount of prop dead animals for productions I worked on.

This is probably the oldest toy I've got that's still in use. Happy meal goodie in 1998, joined every trip to the sea since.

A frisbee made from synthetic fabric. A cartoony picture of the mascot of the 1998 football world cup on a football pitch printed on it. A hand is holding the frisbee over the wooden floor of a beach hut, sand visible through the door.

GrEGG was the basis for the @occasionaltasking.bsky.social trophy for the April round 2022. Which @ceri.io secured on Discord and I'm quite sure @lilywhereami.bsky.social won on Twitter.

Golden egg cup with Greg Davies's face on it. It looks satisfyingly like a trophy. And it comes with a golden spoon with a stick figure on it. Face on the top, holding a clipboard in his hand.

Huh. Interesting. I wouldn't have thought the screen video bypasses the filter. It does look like this on my phone to me.

Bit of history of it. Original pic (twitter surrounding recreated).
