He fits every criteria of the DSM-5 for Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) which is a mental disorder.
A strong argument can be made for Antisocial Personality Disorder (“sociopathic”) as well.
He quite clearly has mental disorders, but he’s also stupid, racist, misogynistic, & sadistic.
