I’ve had long covid for nearly 3 years and it’s destroyed my life. I’m just barely getting by with a strict pacing protocol so I don’t over exert myself and get too sick to function. I often fail at that. No hope of a cure in this hellscape we live in, but would be nice to be seen and believed.
