In 10 years, I'm going to be arguing that AI shouldn't be used to determine guilt and punishment in potential death penalty cases. Someone is going to point out the newest models don't have the same false positive rates as the previous ones, so never you mind those dead people.

Recently, I looked at the papers of black feminist Barbara Smith, a contemporary of Audre Lorde and Pauli Murray. These pamphlets are from the 70s/80s. I cannot help but reach the conclusion that gender-based violence and mistreatment (a far reaching term, I know) of black women is on the rise now.
