For example the ACE foundation is tied to a major trans healthcare provider in Wichita and literally just giving money to pay off trans Kansans’ medical bills is also EXTREMELY helpful and will have a HUGE immediate impact.

Anything that isn’t “give trans people in Kansas money right now” is really not helpful because in order to successfully move to another state, you NEED to have current valid identification! Drivers licenses are critical to daily life functions and invalid ID has huge and immediate consequences!
