It's when the kicker goes for a field goal (kicking the ball through one of those big yellow things at the ends of the field) and instead of going through, it hits one of the bars and makes a hilarious "doink" sound.

Okay so I watched the preview on Kickstarter and it didn't have the ending yet, it took me this long to actually watch it when I saw everyone talking about how the end made them cry. Not gonna lie, kinda expected at least a couple more episodes before it got there. It goes under your tongue, V.
