Wondering if it’s my autism or sleep deprivation or probably both 🫠

After having over a year off work with maternity and then sick leave, I’m really noticing differences in how I am now vs in my time ‘off’. I cannot physically do more than two meetings a day, the stress headaches, jaw tension, fizzing brain, back pain, it’s too much. How do you all do this?

Yes I’ve found that too. I’d love to be able to delete WhatsApp for a week - or even a weekend - like I do with Instagram/Bluesky occasionally, but it’s how *everyone* I know communicates. Make it stop Phil! 😂

Ahhh I have this turned on. What I mean is if -other people- in the group are not in my contacts. (I’m sure other people I don’t know are lovely, of course. I just don’t want to be in a WhatsApp group with them)

WhatsApp should have a setting where you need to consent to be added to groups. Especially if other people in the group are not in your contacts.

This morning I put a whole chicken in the slow cooker. Hurrah for me! Such organisation and culinary excellence before the double school / childminder drop off - and then work! YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL 🥳 This afternoon: the electricity is off while the temporary fix is given a permanent fix 🥴
