THE CLANS HEIR IS A TRANS WOMAN (2013) is like Steven Seagal decided to Write/Direct/Star in a love letter to his trans friends, but it looks and feels like every action movie he's made... except Hitoshi Ozawa is way way way way cooler than Seagal.

There's nothing like reading The Discourse on BlueSky to remind me I am, in fact, a terrible person because [Insert Reason Here] and utterly complicit in [Thing]. ... but I already knew that, so your words land on my barren fields, for behold! I have been trying and no longer have fucks to give.

#BattleTech Tonight I learned why it is always morally correct to salvage Clan technology and repurpose it. Because a Black Knight kitted out in that stuff is SCARY. The BL-18-KNT is loaded for bear (Ghost Bear) and will take something out before it goes down. It may even stay down, as a treat.

QTP your favorite anime series of all time. Oh there are a few vying for dominance, but to introduce the one currently at the top of the list let's go with something... special.

A black screen, with only five words on it, an infamous closing title card.

"You're gonna carry that weight."

Me: "I need something to store these racks of BattleTech minis in- oh, cool, the previous brand of 'scrapbook storage rack' is out of stock. Let's find a competitor. That's a bit more, but it's the right dimensions." It arrived with the containers inside already. I now have five more I can't use.

Evalia glanced upwards for a moment before making eye contact. "I need you to know something. I have been both a father and a mother in my time." "Is that so?" "It is so." Her lips curled into a smirk. "So imagine the consequences of messing with one of my children." "Message received." "Good."

Drop some magic? 🌙 🧵 Evalia has her quiet pleasures, one of which is turning intangible things into thread to weave into clothing. Ever wanted to dress in a gown of starlight? Wrap steam from a hot spring around your neck? Literally wear the rainbow? She can help. For a price...

An image of the shadowvixen sorceress, Evalia de Lune, turning shadows into a spool of material to use later. She is a black-furred, black-haired vixen wearing a blue jacket over a white shirt, flowing hair tucked back behind her shoulders as she works.

Decided to end tonight on an episode of Kaiju Girl Caramelise (Otome Kaijuu Carameliser) They have done such an incredible job turning the manga into an anime, in many ways that do so much to build on the experience Now I'm both physically and emotionally exhausted 😅 Bones & heart hurt 💜🦖

You do not get to denounce bodyshaming but then use bodyshaming against bad people. Either you think bodyshaming is wrong because it's a fundamentally flawed way of criticizing other people, or you are *pretending* to feel that way so you can sound more progressive than you really are.

#BattleTech First time in a while doing a 'Mech mini from Iron Wind Metals and it's one of those with more than five pieces. Hoo boy... It's not the worst one I've had to assemble, but I really should spend some money on some equipment to hold a mini and a limb in place 'til glue sets.
