My biggest pet peeve is absolutely acronyms with multiple meanings. Does 'BTS' mean "back to school"? "Behind the scenes"? Are they getting my hopes up that they're talking about a Korean Idol band? It is worse when they're different acronyms in the same industry. I'm looking at you, "GRI"
