I can now officially now say it, I’ve been laid off from my job. I was already on sick leave when the choice was made, and the reason for the choice was a bit legally contentious for a while, but the company has now laid off several other people and it’s all finalized now.

When the princess actually likes being in the castle and the dragon is a total sweetie pie 👸🏽 💅🏽 Finally doodled the background and frames I wanted for this princess look I did a while back, featuring my strong, brave guard-dragon Dreampuff (from @sugarycarousel.bsky.social!)

Technically this game was inspired by nintendogs but also by every time my 100lbs ass had to walk my 75lbs pure muscle pitbull princess who was scared of everything and could out-bench me.

The silliest culprit in the world, a white and brown pitbull who is curled up like a croissant sleeping as if she didn’t just pull off a Laurel & Hardy skit with me on a walk through my neighborhood in which I can never show my face again and yet still had to walk her in again just a couple hours later.

As a horror fan I can appreciate a lot of the absurdity and irony in life, but I’m not loving that my symptoms include seeing things move out of the corner of my eye that aren’t moving, seeing shadows stretch that aren’t stretching, and needing to avoid sunlight bc it hurts
