Never having appetite or executive function does make it a helluva lot difficult to regularly feed myself. So it feels like a big achievement that I’m managing to do it twice a day now 🫡 Won’t lie, once a day was easier but my body was mainly using anxiety & sugar for energy which wasn’t pleasant
