working on some novel pages at my fav neighborhood bar The Honeypot & asked for something to match the scene I'm working on -- salty, briny, dark & bright both at once, a dare more than a challenge -- & goddamn if they didn't deliver!!!!

A voluptuous little cocktail sits before some marked up novel pages in a darkened, candlelit room; the drink has a light orange color & a curl of orange peel for a garnish; as the look promises, there is a bright note of orange upon first sip but then it plunges into a salty, savory dream, giving one the feeling that they've just eaten an oyster zested with a bit of citrus
