I have visited the Wyoming Dinosaur Center (excellent collection! Extremely accessible working paleontologists!) and Montana's Museum of the Rockies (even more impressive dinosaur collection! Fabulous displays! also fine working paleontologists!) and had hoped to get to the Sternberg at some point.

I would just like to mention that I am currently reading @astrokatie.com's book, THE END OF EVERYTHING, and enjoying the hell out of it. (I am also re-reading Barbara Tuchman's book, THE GUNS OF AUGUST, and getting more depressed by it page by page. I mean, it's good, but I'm not enjoying it.)

When I read Little, Big, I knew John Crowley was a great writer, and one who had spent his childhood in the same big library as me. When he taught my Clarion West class in 1992, I knew he was a great teacher, and a kind man. May his memory persist; may his works survive.
