Today was a tough one! 30-Minute Run (first one post-race), 15-Minute Kettlebell Workout (Caroline Girvan) and a 15-Minute Pilates Mat workout. I'm now on the couch with a bowl of soup and some water (I've also had some electrolytes and protein). Someone send peanut butter cups.

Long Birthday weekend; On Friday we went kayaking at Assateague. We saw wild horses, a ton of gorgeous birds, and then ate back all of the calories in Ocean City. Saturday we walked all over Rehoboth, Dewey, and Bethany--then ate steamed crabs (I earned that meal). Today we meandered home.

Finished up the first phase of the weight training program I'm doing, and got to test out the new weights (and figured them out!) this morning. Dog walks will be my cardio as tomorrow is my long run and pilates. Phase 2 starts Monday or Tuesday (depending on how I feel after the run).

No formal cardio today but I walked about 20 minutes each way running an errand, then another 20 minute dog walk when I got home from work. Before I left the office for the day, I went down to the fitness center and lifted weights for 30 minutes.

It was Hyundai's workers, setting up their proprietary systems. They were going to go home when the plant was operational, and Georgia was going to have 8500 new jobs (I believe is what I read this morning, correctly me please). But instead--this kind of derailed and delayed all of that.
