Today was a tough one! 30-Minute Run (first one post-race), 15-Minute Kettlebell Workout (Caroline Girvan) and a 15-Minute Pilates Mat workout. I'm now on the couch with a bowl of soup and some water (I've also had some electrolytes and protein). Someone send peanut butter cups.

Long Birthday weekend; On Friday we went kayaking at Assateague. We saw wild horses, a ton of gorgeous birds, and then ate back all of the calories in Ocean City. Saturday we walked all over Rehoboth, Dewey, and Bethany--then ate steamed crabs (I earned that meal). Today we meandered home.
